Tottenham Hotspur v Stoke City Live Streaming

New Spurs midfielder Wilson Palacios is suspended but Carlo Cudicini could make his debut in goal with Heurelho Gomes (thigh) struggling. Pascal Chimbonda was not registered in time to make his second debut for the club. Jermaine Jenas (calf) and Darren Bent (groin) are only just back training. Alan Hutton (foot), Ledley King (hamstring) and Jamie O'Hara (hip) are out, while Aaron Lennon (groin), Jonathan Woodgate (back) and Luka Modric (back/hamstring) are carrying knocks but may play.

Stoke striker Ricardo Fuller returns after a three-match ban for slapping team-mate Andy Griffin, and could partner James Beattie up front. Danny Higginbotham is the only doubt, with Salif Diao, Mamady Sidibe, and Andrew Davies still ruled out.

Portsmouth v Aston Villa live streaming

New signings Hayden Mullins and Pele are in contention to make their Portsmouth debuts in place of Sean Davis (virus). Boss Tony Adams is already without Papa Bouba Diop and Richard Hughes. Younes Kaboul is fit after a back injury but unlikely to be risked.

Emile Heskey is poised to make his Villa debut after a £3.5 million move from Wigan and full-back Luke Young is back after a ban. Winger Ashley Young is suspended for two more games. Wilfred Bouma and John Carew are still injured.

West Bromwich v Manchester United live streaming

West Brom will be without skipper Jonathan Greening against his former club due to a knee injury that could rule him out for two months. Centre-half Ryan Donk may play despite a groin problem as Abdoulaye Meite, Jonas Olsson, Leon Barnett and Neil Clement are all out.

United will be without an entire team of players due to their massive injury list. Fabio da Silva and Danny Welbeck were both hurt in the 2-1 FA Cup win over Spurs. Wayne Rooney, Rio Ferdinand, Anderson, Rafael da Silva, Jonny Evans and Owen Hargreaves are also out. Cristiano Ronaldo, however, will play after recovering from a stomach bug.

The 29-year-old Chimbonda has agreed terms and completed a medical to complete his return to his former club after the Black Cats agreed to let him go. Though the move is complete, the deal was completed too late for Chimbonda to play for Spurs against Stoke on Tuesday night.

Chimbonda had made just 16 appearances for the North-East club since his summer move from White Hart Lane, but has started the last four games.

After a promising first few weeks at the Stadium of Light, he lost his place in the side under former boss amid rumours of disciplinary problems.

The Brazilian was stretchered off after damaging his left ankle during the game against Derby at Old Trafford, and it was feared he had suffered a fracture that would have kept him out for several months.

Instead, manager Alex Ferguson has said he could return by the middle of February.

"We sent Anderson for a scan and there's no break," said Ferguson. "But there was some ligament damage. We think he'll be out for three weeks."

United are still counting the cost of several injuries sustained during the Carling Cup semi-final, which saw them book a place against  in the final at Wembley.

The Reds are understandably reluctant to part with the talented centre-half, but may see the issue taken out of their hands should they fail to convince Agger of his value to the club.

Talks over a new contract have stalled, much to the annoyance of Benitez, who now wants the issue resolved.

"The club have been too slow dealing with this and the player does not know where he stands," said the Spaniard.

"His situation is in the papers all the time now because we are not quick enough. I was talking with him and his agent, and it is clear that is the case.

"Daniel told me he wants to stay, and there is no doubt he is 100 per cent committed to the club. But they are waiting and waiting and do not know what is going on."

Benitez added: "It is true we could face a similar situation with other players, not just Agger.

Premier League - Kilbane and Boa Morte for Hull

Manager Phil Brown revealed on Tuesday morning the club have agreed a fee with West Ham for Boa Morte and were hoping to reach a similar agreement with Wigan and speak to both midfielders.

Brown is keen to strengthen his squad after a run of just one win in 12 games and would like new players in place before Saturday's Barclays Premier League

Brown, whose side face Newcastle in an FA Cup third-round replay on Wednesday night, said: "We have made progress, things are ongoing.

"The clubs have agreed terms on Luis Boa Morte and we are trying to agree terms on Kevin Kilbane, on a personal front as well.

"They can't play any part in the Newcastle game but hopefully by Thursday or Friday they will bear some fruit.

"We said at the start of the season we wanted to flood the place with Premier League quality and both those players have it in abundance.

Turner waiting on duo's fitness

Hartlepool caretaker manager Chris Turner is sweating on the fitness of Antony Sweeney and Michael Mackay for the rearranged trip to Oldham.Sweeney suffered an ankle injury and Mackay hurt his ribs in the first half of Pools' shock 2-0 FA Cup victory against Stoke last weekend and had to be substituted.

Jamie McCunnie came on at right-back to replace Sweeney and is likely to start, while David Foley scored a stunning goal after coming on for Mackay and he would be Turner's only striking option to play alongside Joel Porter.

James Brown and Willie Boland (both knee) remain long-term absentees.

The Boundary Park clash was postponed on Saturday due to a frozen pitch, but officials have moved quickly to reschedule the clash for Monday evening.

The Republic of Ireland international was linked with a move to the Toffees during the summer and has been in excellent form for the Royals this season.

But Hammond told the Reading Evening Post: "It is that crazy time of year. There has been a flurry of phone calls, with agents coming out of the woodwork.

"But there is certainly nothing happening imminently.

"I spoke with Steve Coppell on Wednesday morning. We are looking to see if we can add to the squad, but if not Steve is more than happy with how things stand.

"Our view is we want to keep everyone together. That is our priority. Hunty's situation is well publicised. There have been no offers and we certainly don't want to lose him. I am hopeful we can keep everyone. That is the best-case scenario for this club."

Tevez Future Remains In Doubt

Speculation the Argentina international will leave at the end of the season has been rife, with Real Madrid understood to be closely monitoring the situation.

Kia Joorabchian defended his client's comments, saying the forward has not created any problems at the club or with manager Sir Alex Ferguson, but was vague when asked if Tevez would be at Old Trafford past the end of this campaign.

"It's very hard to predict," Joorabchian told BBC Radio Five Live Sport. "It's football. Things change by the minute, by the hour. It's not a no. You never know.

"All Carlos said in the interview was that it was not true, he has not rejected an offer from Manchester United, he has not made crazy demands.

"He just wanted the fans and the people to know that we haven't had any contract talks.

"That's the bottom line. He wanted to say 'How could I reject something if I've never spoken about it'?

"Carlos has never made an issue or a problem. He doesn't have a problem at all with Sir Alex. He's never had a fight with Sir Alex or any arguments.

"All of these things are being created around a simple story that Carlos wanted to put straight."

Joorabchian denied any contact had been made with other clubs, stressing that Tevez is focusing on his duties with United.

Ghana ace Appiah training with Spurs

Ghana midfielder is in the frame to become Harry Redknapp's first signing of the transfer window, after training with Tottenham.Appiah, who has been a free agent since the summer following a dispute with Turkish side Fenerbahce, looks set to be offered a deal until the end of the season.

The 28-year-old has suffered knee injuries in the past, but Redknapp is confident that will not be a problem and is hoping to arrange a deal.

"I watched him an awful lot for Ghana - about six times - but I ended up taking because Juventus were asking £14million for Appiah," said Redknapp.

"Appiah was the captain of Ghana. He played in midfield with  and Muntari - that was their midfield.

"He was a terrific player but had a bit of a problem with his knee - and he went to Turkey. But he is fine now; he's fit and looks okay.

"He is going to have a week's training. We will have a chat with him; Daniel (Levy, Spurs chairman) will speak to his people and see what the deal is. He is a good player - if he is fit he's a terrific player."

Stimson wants stars to enjoy day

Gillingham boss Mark Stimson is more concerned with the league than the FA Cup - but he wants his side to enjoy their game against Aston Villa.Stimson takes on a top-flight team for the first time in his fledgling managerial career when Villa visit Priestfield, but he insists he would much rather be leading his team in a league match.

The Gills have netted a £160,000 pay-day by earning the televised tie with Martin O'Neill's men and while Stimson is pleased with the windfall, his main priority this season remains winning promotion from League Two.

He said: "This game is great for the club and the players.

"I probably wish we had a league game because that's the most important thing for me.

"That is what we're going to be judged on this season rather than our FA Cup performances.

"But it has helped financially and it gives the players an opportunity to play live on national TV and show how good they are."

Stimson, 41, took over at Priestfield in November 2007 having cut his teeth in the non-leagues with Grays and Stevenage, and he admits the success opposite number O'Neill has enjoyed in his career inspires him.

O'Neill took Wycombe out of the Conference before moving to Norwich, Leicester, and now Villa, where he has created one of the most exciting teams in the Premier League.

Stimson added: "You take the big four away and this is the most talked about team in the country and rightly so because potentially they could achieve a hell of a lot, with a fantastic manager.

"He is someone I've got a lot of time for because he started off where I started off and that's what I'm looking to do one day is try and compete at the highest level and he's been through it, he's done it so it is possible."

Green back from ban for cup clash

League Two side Macclesfield can welcome back striker Francis Green for Saturday's FA Cup third-round tie withat Moss Rose.Green was shown a red card following a scuffle with  defender Alan Goodall in their 4-2 victory on December 12 and returns after serving a three-match suspension.

Along with deciding whether to involve the striker, boss Keith Alexander is contemplating which formation to use against the Premier League side after successfully using a five-man defence in their 3-1 victory over Chester.

The change was prompted by the Silkmen conceding four goals in each of their previous two games, but Alexander is wary that his side have produced some of their better football in a 4-4-2 formation.

James Jennings will be hoping to retain his place after helping to shore up Alexander's back-line and provided an assist against Chester, while fellow defender Richard Walker also impressed after being handed a starting berth on Sunday.

Hull manager Phil Brown has revealed that the Tigers have joined the chase for Liverpool's out-of-favour winger Jermaine Pennant.

In one of the most surprising developments of the January transfer window, Pennant has been heavily linked with a move to Spanish champions Real Madrid.

Yet with that transfer still seeming unlikely, other clubs have been alerted to the forme player's potential availability.

Wigan, Tottenham and Stoke have all been linked to the 25-year-old, who has failed to impress in two-and-a-half years at Anfield, and now Hull have revealed their interest.

Brown said: "I would be very interested in Jermaine Pennant if he was available at the right price. We will be making enquiries."

A move for Pennant this month would come 10 years after Arsenal made headlines by paying£2million for the then 15-year-old.
